ABOUT

EMILY SEGURA MAZE

I am an artist and filmmaker.

I have been creating art since the day I could hold a pencil and clicking the shutter of a camera as soon as I figured out how. If you don't find me behind a camera you might find me doing a multitude of things from, playing soccer, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and rock climbing. I found my profound love for creation in high school. I attended New Mexico School for the Arts where I formally studied Fine Arts for four years and started my career in cameras as my preferred medium. Post high school, I attended Northern Arizona University where I graduated with a degree in Sustainability Studies and a minor in Creative Media and Film and Spanish. When I am not making a film or shooting photography for someone else I am constantly creating for myself. I love to make videos with my friends and have photoshoots with them too. It is a core value of mine to try and carry over this friendliness whenever I work for others in filmmaking or photography.
